I’m Chelsea Reue former kindergarten teacher, mom of two, preschool owner, licensed real estate agent, and your guide through the messy middle of business ownership.

At 25, I bought my first preschool while raising two babies and driving 120 miles a day to keep it afloat. I wasn’t a business major; I was a mom with a mission and a heart for early childhood education. I figured it out one decision at a time: leading teams, navigating hard seasons, and learning firsthand what it takes to build something that lasts.

Eventually, I sold one of my schools, and that experience opened my eyes to how little support most owners have when it’s time to move on. No roadmap. No translator. No one to help make sense of the value you’ve built. So I stepped in.

Today, I help preschool owners clean up their financials, get clarity on what their business is worth, and move forward with confidence, whether they’re planning to grow, simplify, or sell. I’m not here to push a listing. I’m here to help you think like a CEO and lead like an owner who knows her worth.
