I’m still riding the wave of energy from the TLCCA Spring Conference 2024, held March 1–2 at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas. It was an incredible weekend of connection, learning, and inspiration with childcare leaders from across the state.

Why It Matters
As a child care sales specialist and preschool owner, my goal in every presentation is to give owners tools they can use immediately—whether that’s improving how families perceive their school, increasing enrollment through stronger tours, or gaining confidence with their finances.
Hearing from attendees that the sessions brought clarity and encouragement reminds me why I love doing this work.
TLCCA – A Place for Growth
The Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) Spring Conference continues to be one of the most valuable gatherings for early childhood leaders in our state. The combination of practical training, peer connections, and inspiring speakers always leaves me refreshed and ready to dive back into serving schools and owners.
I’m grateful to TLCCA for the opportunity to contribute, and to every attendee who joined the conversation with such openness and energy.
