As both a preschool owner and a Child Care Sales Specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how critical financial systems are to the health — and eventual value — of a school. At this retreat, I’ll be leading a session on one of my favorite topics: budgets and how finances directly impact the sale of your childcare business.

So many owners focus on day-to-day operations, but when it comes time to sell, buyers are looking at your numbers. A well-managed budget not only makes running your center smoother — it can increase your school’s market value when you’re ready to exit.
