I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the upcoming Directors Cohort Training for Early Childhood Education Leaders, hosted by Vernon Mason, this September 21–22 in Orlando, Florida!

This will be Vernon’s very first Directors Cohort live event, and it’s shaping up to be an incredible weekend of learning, leadership, and connection for directors, owner-directors, and regional leaders in early childhood education.

Why This Event Matters

Running a school is no small task. Directors juggle staffing challenges, parent communication, classroom management, and so much more—all while trying to keep enrollment steady and classrooms full. This conference was created to give directors the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to thrive in their leadership roles.

With powerhouse sessions lined up, directors will walk away with practical tools they can use right away, from handling tough conversations with grace to building culture-shifting strategies that inspire staff.

My Sessions at the Conference

🎤 Session 1: First Impressions that Fill Classrooms
Mastering the Art of Phone Calls, Scripts, and Booking More Tours

The enrollment journey begins the moment a parent picks up the phone. In this session, I’ll share how to lead that first call with confidence, handle objections smoothly, and book more tours without feeling pushy. Attendees will walk away with a script that works and practical strategies to boost enrollment.

🎤 Session 2: Tours That Convert
From “Let Me Think About It” to “Where Do I Sign?”

A great tour doesn’t just inform—it inspires. In this session, directors will learn how to craft a persuasive, value-driven tour that builds trust and showcases what makes their school unique. We’ll cover tour planning, storytelling, and closing strategies that lead parents from curiosity to commitment.

What Makes This Event Unique

Beyond the sessions, this conference is all about building community. Directors will have the chance to connect with peers, share ideas, and recharge their passion for the work. And yes—there’s even the infamous Sunday night party, a perfect mix of fun and connection.

If you’re ready to invest in your leadership team and give them tools that will directly impact your school’s success, this is the event to attend.
